EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Worldwide Lashes. If your item is faulty upon receipt, we will gladly exchange the item for the same style lash*.

Following the receipt of the returned product as above, we will arrange for the requested replacement product to be sent to you as quickly as possible.

We will send you an email as soon as your returned product has been received, exchange request processed and replacement product sent.

If the above conditions are not met, Worldwide Lashes reserves the right to decide not to exchange the product, and in such instances the product will be returned to you. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you in the first instance to discuss.

Please contact us via hello@worldwidelashes.com if you have not received the replacement product within 30 days.

*We do not exchange used or worn lashes and will not accept refunds or exchange on glue or tweezers

RETURNS POLICY

Firstly, please contact us at hello@worldwidelashes.com to discuss and help us understand your concerns.

We will then provide you an address to return the goods in question.

When returning your product, please include the following information;

  1. Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email);
  2. Your name, address (and mobile number just in case we need to contact you);
  3. A description of the item you are returning;
  4. Reason for the return.

POSTAGE COST FOR RETURNED ITEMS

The shipping cost for returning an unwanted product and the exchange items will be at your cost unless the item being returned is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect product being delivered, in which case Worldwide Lashes will pay the postage cost of the exchange.

Where deemed necessary, Worldwide Lashes reserves the right to not return the original item or an exchange item, and in such instances will refund the original purchase amount.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We back the quality of our products, as such we offer a money back guarantee on faulty items or items received not as described (excluding sale items). We only offer refunds with proof of manufacturing fault and receipt of the damaged product. We will conduct a review and where items cannot be replaced, offer a full refund.
